Janine Humeidan, Hilliard Lynx Field Hockey player #30, has been playing field hockey with the Lynx for five years. She is a quiet source of strength and positivity. Janine is always quick to share her smile and she is a small, but mighty force on the field.
On Saturday, September 4, Janine was seemingly healthy and played in the Lynx field hockey game. Later that evening, she had a cardiac event caused by a genetic heart condition unknown to Janine at the time. Since that time, Janine has been fighting a war against this condition. We are so very grateful Janine is now on the road to recovery as a heart transplant recipient.
What can we do for the Humeidans? All the family has asked is for prayers for their sweet Janine. The family would also like to help raise money for Enduring Hearts in an effort to help fund research to prolong and enrich the lives of heart transplant recipients.
Let's give them the chance of a lifetime today!
