My wife and I were introduced to the Enduring Hearts cause several years ago and were amazed at the fact that the average pediatric heart transplant only lasted 12 years and that the bulk of research dollars went to adult transplants.
We also learned that pediatric heart transplant patients had significant issues around the taking of medicines, and the biopsies of their hearts, and the financial and emotional difficulties heart families endure through out the process.
Since that time we have continued to contribute money while getting to know the people involved at Enduring Hearts. and this has gone so well that I’m now also on the Board of Directors.
Since its founding, Enduring Hearts has funded over $5.0M in pediatric heart transplant research and has made inroads in supporting Heart Family Wellness initiatives.
The average pediatric heart transplant now lasts 17 years.
Please help - and donate to my campaign which is part of National Giving Tuesday. All funds will be matched dollar for dollar by the Enduring Hearts Challenge Fund.
Let's give them the chance of a lifetime today!
